Privacy notice
This notice explains how Momentum Labz handles the personal details you share through our Malaysian landing pages, for renovation and interior design businesses and for beauty and aesthetic studios, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you fill in the form, we collect your name, your WhatsApp number, your email (if you give it) and your business details: your business name, what you need help with, and the best time to call. We also record which of our pages you came from (our renovation and interior design page, or our beauty and aesthetic studio page) and which campaign link brought you there.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, book your free consultation call and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. This is the same whether you enquire about a renovation and interior design system or a beauty studio booking system. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes it
The Momentum Labz team, including staff in Bangladesh, and the service providers we use to run this page, such as our email delivery and hosting tools. They only use your details to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting reasons.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email hello@momentumlabzz.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we will reply within 21 days.
We don't sell your data
We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
